Shipping & Returns
Shipping
Orders are currently placed and confirmed by hand over WhatsApp. Once confirmed, pieces are dispatched within 2–4 business days. Shipping is complimentary on orders over ₹1,500; a flat fee applies below that.
Returns & Exchanges
For hygiene reasons, worn jewellery cannot be returned. Unworn pieces in original packaging, with tags attached, can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery — message us on WhatsApp to arrange it.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If a piece arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours with a photo and we'll sort out a replacement at no extra cost.
Materials
Every piece is 925 silver or gold-plated brass — never solid or fine gold — and each product listing states its material and care claim (Tarnish-Resistant, Hypoallergenic) plainly, not hidden behind interaction.
