Questions
Frequently asked questions
Is this real gold or silver?
Every piece is either 925 sterling silver or gold-plated brass — a real gold layer over brass, not solid or fine gold. We never call plated pieces "gold" without saying so; the material is always shown plainly on the product, not hidden behind a hover or reveal.
Will it tarnish or fade?
Pieces marked Tarnish-Resistant are sealed to hold their shine through everyday wear, but plating on gold-plated pieces is durable, not permanent — avoid perfume, lotion, and swimming to extend its life. Each product page states its own care claim and instructions.
Is it safe for sensitive ears/skin?
Pieces marked Hypoallergenic are safe for sensitive skin and ears. Look for that label on the product — not every piece carries it, and we only use it where it's true.
How do I find my ring size?
Our current ring is an open, adjustable band — one size fits most. If a closed-band ring is added later, see our Ring Size Guide → for two simple at-home methods.
How do I place an order?
Add pieces to your cart on the site, then tap Checkout — this opens WhatsApp with your order details pre-filled. Send that message and we'll reply within a few hours to confirm your order and share payment options.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days of confirmation. Shipping is complimentary on orders over ₹1,500; a flat fee applies below that. Full details on our Shipping & Returns page.
Can I return or exchange a piece?
For hygiene reasons, worn jewellery can't be returned. Unworn pieces in original packaging, with tags attached, can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery — message us on WhatsApp to arrange it. If a piece arrives damaged or incorrect, tell us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll sort a replacement at no extra cost.
Is ORE a live store?
Not yet — ORE is a working prototype right now, and orders are confirmed by hand over WhatsApp rather than an automated checkout. That also means every question gets answered by an actual person, not a support queue.
